Darren Fletcher - Failed medical allegedly
|
If he signs on a three and a half year deal does that mean BFS is staying? Why would they let him buy an over the hill player , who would surely not be considered for a top six side this year or any other year for a future manager to discard immediately. This is his Bolton style management where he is so up his own a##e that he can make players good again ie Nolan.

No thanks.
Looks like he's got two pints of blood in his whole body.

I thought the days of signing injury prone players in the last few years of their careers were over .. Guess this is a BFS signing

Don't like seeing us sign ageing players. Presumably he hasn't come for the scenery either, must be on some wedge.

This is a cracking signing if it does happen. Top class International with CL experience.
And of course Sam is staying. We are realistically challenging for a Champions League spot. When he took over we were battling to get out of the Championship.
If that isn't meeting and exceeding your targets then nothing is.
Honestly don't know what some on here think we should be achieving!

real real strange signing. Will be on a decent wedge and only really improves the first team if he replaces Nolan.. Which he won't!
I thought we'd seen there last of signing players towards end of their career so just don't get this one.
Good luck and welcome Darren

I can't believe it's three and a half years, that can't be right.
Decent enough player on his day though and not bad backup I guess. If he's officially a West Ham player though then he gets my full support.
IRONS!!

Lots of old, injury prone players have lots of medals. It's why they command good money at the end of their careers. It doesn't mean they are going to win any more.
